Tax advantages

The AAPI offers several advantage regimes depending on the type and the location of the project:

  • General regime: VAT exemption on equipment, reduced customs duties.
  • Sector regime: specific advantages for industry, agriculture and tourism.
  • Zone regime: enhanced advantages for the southern regions and the High Plateaux.
  • Exemption from IBS (corporate profits tax) for 3 to 10 years.
  • Exemption from TAP (tax on professional activity).
