The order of 2 Moharram 1448 (17 June 2026) gives power to the representatives of the energy administration at the one-stop shops of the Algerian investment promotion agency. Within their competence, they issue the opinions needed to deliver the acts and documents linked to investment projects under the agency.
The order of 27 Chaoual 1447 (15 April 2026) sets how the contributions collected by the national paid leave and bad-weather unemployment fund for the building, public works and hydraulics sectors are split. It repeals the order of 12 April 1997 on the same subject.
The order of 13 Chaoual 1447 corresponding to 1 April 2026 provides, in an Article 13 bis, a digital platform for prior distance training. It is reserved exclusively for project holders of the national community established abroad. To receive the benefits and subsidies, they complete the training and obtain a certificate.
The decree dated 22 Dhou El Hidja 1447, corresponding to 8 June 2026, ratifies the agreement between the Algerian Government and the Global Green Growth Institute on the institute's headquarters. The order of 6 Chaâbane 1447 (25 January 2026) enters the species and varieties of seeds and plants in the official catalogue. Only varieties that are approved and entered in the catalogue may be produced, multiplied, imported, exported, distributed and marketed.
The interministerial order of 24 Moharram 1448 (9 July 2026) sets the procedures for collecting the stamp duty applicable to the apostille. The apostille stamp is sold after prior payment of the duty, on presentation of the applicant's identity document, at a tax collector's office or a post office.
The joint order of 5 Moharram 1448 (20 June 2026) sets the conditions for authorising temporary admission of equipment imported under a rental contract for industrial production. Applications go through a digital platform of the ministry in charge of industry. The authorisation is issued within 45 days at most and is valid for 12 months.
The interministerial order of 22 Dhou El Hidja 1447 (8 June 2026) sets how vehicles for ten or more persons, driver included, under tariff heading 87.02 are cleared through customs. They are exempt from all duties and taxes, up to 10.000 units. The order takes effect from 1 October 2025.
The inter-ministerial order of 8 Moharram 1448 (23 June 2026) defines the model agreement and the specifications book (cahier des charges) for granting tourism operating concessions on beaches open to swimming. The models are in annexes I and II. The order repeals the inter-ministerial order of 18 May 2006.
The order of 26 Safar 1448 corresponding to 10 August 2026 confers the power to sign the decision approving the danger study on the head of the service representing civil protection at the one-stop shops of the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency. It covers investment projects under the Agency.
In August 2026 the DGI published a guide and a leaflet on online payment through the Jibaya'tic portal. Online payment is compulsory for taxpayers under the DGE and voluntary for those under the CDI, CPI and tax inspections. Two means are offered: bank transfer and CIB or Edahabia card.
The Direction Générale des Impôts officially launched its tax services on the Dzair Digital Services national portal from Wednesday 09 September 2026. Taxpayers, individuals and legal entities, can obtain five tax documents online without going to a tax office.
The order of 27 Moharram 1448 (12 July 2026) sets the characteristics and indications of the classification plaque of hotel establishments. The plaque is mounted at the main entrance, 15 cm from the door frame and 160 cm above the ground. It repeals the order of 27 December 2004.
On 30 September 2026, the Government heard a communication on the draft finance bill for 2027. The text includes measures to improve the investment climate, with the launch of the one-stop investment desk, simpler procedures and stronger tax compliance. It will go to the next Council of Ministers for adoption.
