What is the CNRC company name form?

Where do you fill in the form?

• Online on the official Sijilcom platform: https://sidjilcom.cnrc.dz (recommended method).
• In person at the CNRC agency of your wilaya (slower, more expensive).
• Through an approved intermediary (lawyer, legal adviser, UpGrowth Connect).

Filling in the form, step by step

• 1. Create a Sijilcom account with a valid e-mail and an Algerian phone number (SMS validation).
• 2. Go to 'Nouvelle demande' → 'Réservation de dénomination' (new application, name reservation).
• 3. Enter your details (national ID card, address, phone).
• 4. Propose 3 to 5 names in order of preference (the system checks uniqueness).
• 5. State the intended legal form (SARL, EURL, SPA, etc.).
• 6. Describe the corporate purpose in 2 or 3 sentences (a precise main activity).
• 7. Attach a copy of the national ID card of the founder or founders.
• 8. Pay the fee online (800 DZD by CIB or Edahabia card).
• 9. Submit the application.

How to choose the trade name

• Unique in the CNRC database (otherwise refused).
• Not already filed as a trademark with INAPI (intellectual property prevails).
• Do not use protected words (État, Banque, Ministère, National, unless authorized).
• Avoid wording that misleads the consumer.
• No insults or terms contrary to public order.
