What is the maximum ANGEM amount?

The ANGEM PNR reaches 100 000 DZD at 0 %. It combines with a subsidised bank loan of up to 1 million DZD, for a total project of 1.1 million DZD at most.

Who can benefit from ANGEM?

Algerian nationality, aged 18 or over, unemployed people registered with ANEM, homemakers, craftspeople, and any holder of a viable small project. ANGEM publishes no upper age limit, so we state none.

Which documents are needed for an ANGEM file?

ANGEM form, copy of the national ID card, criminal record extract B3 (less than 3 months old), proof of address, simplified project study, pro forma quotes for the equipment, financing plan.

What is the difference between ANGEM and NESDA (ANADE)?

ANGEM targets very small projects (up to 1 M DZD). NESDA/ANADE finances more ambitious projects (up to 10 M DZD) with a triangular model. The schemes cannot be combined on the same project.

How long does an ANGEM decision take?

No text published in the Journal officiel sets a decision deadline for the ANGEM or for the bank, so we state none. The decision belongs to the ANGEM and to the partner bank for the complementary loan.

Does ANGEM finance every activity?

ANGEM publishes no list of excluded activities, so we publish none. The legal text sets a criterion rather than a list: under article 5 of décret présidentiel n° 04-13 of 22 January 2004 on the micro-credit scheme, the activities eligible for micro-credit are those that do not necessarily require commercial or professional premises.
