What is the difference between ANGEM, NESDA and ANADE?

ANGEM targets very small projects (up to 1 M DZD). NESDA/ANADE finances more ambitious projects (up to 10 M DZD) with a triangular model. The schemes cannot be combined on the same project.

How long does an ANGEM decision take?

2 to 4 months between filing and decision if the file is complete. The longest step is the bank's approval of the complementary loan. ANGEM's own decision is faster (4 to 6 weeks).

Does ANGEM finance every activity?

No. Typical exclusions: wholesale trade, pure importing, speculative financial activities, prohibited activities. It favours crafts, local services, small livestock farming and processing.
