Instruction No. 08-2026 of 10 August 2026 is issued under regulation No. 07-01 of 3 February 2007, as amended and completed, on current transactions with foreign countries and foreign currency accounts. Exporter's obligations
The bank sets the duration of the financing according to the nature of the operation, its cycle and the payment term of the export receivable. The exporter repays at maturity, regardless of payment of the receivable held on the foreign buyer. The bank may extend the maturity under the financing contract.
The exporter repatriates the proceeds of the operation under the agreed conditions and deadlines. It informs its bank without delay of any event likely to affect the operation. The instruction takes effect on the date of its signature.
