Commercial and sales training for your company teams in Algeria
UpGrowth designs and delivers in-company commercial training for the people who sell every day: field sales, phone sales, account handlers, customer service, sales supervisors. The content is built on your offer, your customers and the objections your teams actually hear.
1. What in-company commercial training is
It is training bought by a company for its own employees. The buyer is the owner, the HR manager or the sales director. The participants are the teams who carry the revenue. The session gathers your staff and nobody else, which changes everything: prices, margins, accounts and competitors can be discussed without censoring anything.
The company is the client
You buy for your teams. The programme is validated with you before it is ever delivered to them.
One employer per session
No other company in the room. Your figures, your pricing and your customer accounts stay with you.
Content follows your offer
The cases worked on are your products, your sales channels and the objections your salespeople genuinely hear.
Looking for support for yourself instead?
If the request is about you, the founder or the director, and not about your teams, that is a different offer: one to one coaching and mentorship.

We almost never get an abstract training request. These are the usual starting points:
3. The areas we train on
One engagement rarely combines everything. Scoping exists precisely to pick the areas your team needs, in the order that makes sense for them.
Prospecting and portfolio development
- Targeting and building a usable prospect list
- First contact by phone and in the field
- Getting the meeting and handling gatekeepers
- Following up without hounding, pipeline tracking
Selling technique and running a sales meeting
- Preparing a sales meeting
- Needs discovery and questioning
- Benefit-led argument, not feature listing
- Handling objections and closing
Commercial negotiation
- Setting your room to manoeuvre before the table
- Defending price and value
- Trade-offs and handling discount requests
- Breaking deadlock and closing an agreement
Customer relationship and retention
- Quality of handling, at the counter and on the phone
- After-sales follow-up and complaint handling
- Reactivating dormant customers
- Spotting opportunities and additional sales
Sales team management
- Setting and splitting individual targets
- Running the sales meeting
- Field coaching and debrief
- Review conversations and a simple dashboard
Remote selling and digital channels
- Outbound calls and first-contact scripts
- Professional exchanges by messaging and e-mail
- Keeping a disciplined follow-up file
- Written follow-ups that get an answer
4. How an engagement runs
We do not sell a programme before seeing the situation. The sequence is always the same, whichever areas are picked.
1. Scoping with the buyer
A conversation with the owner or the sales manager: what the team does today, what is blocking, what a visible improvement would look like. That is where the scope, the number of participants, the venue, the working language and the schedule are settled.
2. Tailored design
We write the practical cases from your offer, your typical customers and the objections your salespeople hear. You receive the programme and validate it before anything is delivered.
3. Delivery with your teams
Input, role plays and work on cases taken from your own activity. Format and length are the ones agreed at scoping, not an imposed standard.
4. Anchoring and handover to management
The frameworks, sales arguments and tools worked on stay with the company. A session with the management line decides how the practice will be followed once the training ends.
5. Possible formats
Everything is decided at scoping. The most requested combinations:
We do not push a standard catalogue. If your need is narrower than what we do well, we say so at scoping rather than after invoicing.

The more precise your message, the faster the scoping gets to the point and the more the quote covers a real scope.
- How many people to train and in which roles
- What the company sells, and to which type of customer
- How a sale happens today, from first contact to order
- What is blocking, with a concrete example from last week
- Where and when you want to run the session
- The working language of the participants
- Who decides and who validates the programme on your side
7. Frequent questions
How is this different from founder coaching?
One to one coaching addresses the founder or the director and deals with their own decisions. Commercial training addresses a group of employees and deals with precise selling moves: uncovering a need, defending a price, following up a prospect. The buyer, the content and the delivery are not the same.
How much does commercial training cost?
It depends on the number of participants, the areas picked, the format and the venue. We do not publish a standard rate because it would be wrong for most requests. The quote is issued after scoping, on a written scope you have validated.
Are your trainings certified or degree-awarding?
We do not present our trainings as certified or degree-awarding. If your company needs a scheme recognised by a specific body, say so at scoping and we will tell you plainly whether we can answer it or not.
Do we have to stop selling during the training?
Not as a rule. The schedule is set with you, including separate blocks if the team cannot leave the field all at once.
Can we train the supervisors only?
Yes. Sales team management is an area in its own right: targets, sales meeting, field coaching, review conversations. Some companies start there, then extend to the sellers.
Where does the session take place?
At your premises, in a room you book, or remotely. The venue is settled at scoping, together with the travel constraints it implies on both sides.
