By accessing the UpGrowth app or website, the user unconditionally accepts these terms of use.
UpGrowth strives to ensure the accessibility of the app or website at all times. However, access may be interrupted for maintenance reasons or any other reason. UpGrowth cannot be held responsible for any interruption or any consequences that may arise for the user from it
All elements (texts, logos, images, sound elements, software, icons, layout, database...) contained in the UpGrowth app or website are protected by national and international intellectual property law. These elements remain the exclusive property of UpGrowth. Therefore, unless prior written authorization from UpGrowth is obtained, no reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, and/or partial or integral transformation, and no transfer of these elements to another website is permitted.
UpGrowth cannot guarantee that the app or website is free of anomalies, errors, or bugs, nor that these anomalies can be corrected, nor that the app or website operates without interruption or breakdown, nor that they are compatible with particular hardware or a configuration other than that expressly validated by UpGrowth.
UpGrowth reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Any modification will be made known to users.
The personal data of users collected by UpGrowth is processed in accordance with the privacy policy, accessible on the app or website.
These terms of use are governed by the current Algerian law. Any dispute related to their interpretation and/or their execution falls under Algerian courts.
a) Off-app Transactions: It is strictly forbidden for entrepreneurs and consultants to initiate or conclude transactions outside the UpGrowth app. Any attempt to circumvent this rule may result in sanctions, including, but not limited to, the suspension or termination of the user's account. b) Exchange of Personal Data: Entrepreneurs and consultants are prohibited from exchanging personal data through messages on the app. Any violation of this prohibition may result in sanctions, including, but not limited to, the suspension or termination of the user's account.
