   Name reservation

   Check name availability via CNRC (online at sidjilcom.cnrc.dz). The fee scale is set by the CNRC and displayed at the payment stage. The processing time belongs to the CNRC and we do not announce it.

   Notarial deed

   Drafting statutes at a notary. The minimum capital for SARL and EURL was removed by loi n° 15-20 of 30 December 2015 (art. 2), which rewrote article 566 of the commercial code: the share capital is now freely set by the partners in the articles of association. The same art. 2 provides that shares representing cash contributions must be paid up by at least one fifth (1/5) of their amount (art. 567). Your bank and your notary tell you the amount to deposit. Notary fees are not free-form: they are set by the official tariff annexed to décret exécutif n° 08-243 of 3 August 2008 (art. 2), which gives the company incorporation deed a degressive rate, from 5 % on an amount up to 200,000 DZD down to 0.50 % above 500,000 DZD (annex, heading 68-A). The notary is forbidden to charge any fee outside that tariff (art. 9), and the itemised receipt must show separately the duties of every kind paid to the Treasury (art. 7). The timing depends on the notary and we do not announce it.

   Tax registration

   Registration of the company deed at the tax office. The scale comes from the code de l'enregistrement (ordonnance n° 76-105 of 9 December 1976, as amended), a text we were not able to re-read in its edition in force: we therefore publish neither a rate nor a ceiling from it. The tax office and your notary give you the exact amount. The period belongs to the tax administration and we do not announce it.

4. 4

   CNRC registration

   File at the CNRC office in your wilaya. Décret exécutif n° 23-169 of 24 April 2023 (art. 9) requires the CNRC and the associated administrations to validate and confirm the registration request within three (3) days. That period is theirs.

5. 5

   Tax card & affiliations

   The NIF, the NIS and CASNOS or CNAS affiliation are delivered through the portal once the registration is confirmed (décret exécutif n° 23-169, art. 10). Free. No text sets a separate period for the NIF.
