Your company formation, step by step, followed from your phone
Connect Path (Parcours Connect) is a space in your name on upgrowth.dz that guides you step by step through creating your company. You do the steps yourself at the offices, and the space tells you what to do at each one.
What it is
A personal space, opened as soon as your proforma is paid. It cuts your formation into steps, and for each one it gives you everything you need to move on by yourself. You stay in charge of your own steps, and you know where you stand at any time.

Your space opens
Once the proforma is paid, an invitation link arrives by e-mail. You choose a password and log in with your e-mail.
You do the step
You go to the office shown yourself, with the pieces listed.
You add your proof
You upload your proof in the space, for example a receipt or a certificate. It is checked automatically.
The next step opens
As soon as the proof is validated, the space opens the next step.

Who it is for
Connect Path is for anyone creating an EURL, a SARL or a sole proprietorship (EI) who recognises one of these two cases.
Your company is created outside Algiers: its seat will be in another wilaya.
You prefer to do the steps yourself, guided step by step, rather than hand them over.
The price
It is the same price as the creation with us, without our team's travel. Here are the lines, one by one.

Example, an EURL: 90,000 + 17,100 VAT + 58,610 official fees, so from 165,710 DZD. The capital is not a fee: it is your company's treasury.
- For a sole proprietorship, the official fees are 15,000 DZD for the register, stamps and company seal.
- No notarised power of attorney to sign to us: you do your own steps.
- Payment is made once, at the start, on the proforma.

A company's official fees start from 58,610 DZD at the minimum and rise with the capital, the number of activity codes, partners and pages of the statutes. For an EI, the register, stamps and seal come to 15,000 DZD. The domiciliation contract at the notary costs 10,000 DZD when you take our domiciliation. The notary lines are priced in the proposal.
A company always takes 12 months of domiciliation: some banks refuse to open an account for a company whose contract runs under 12 months. The 6 months are reserved for the EI. Some activities cannot be domiciled (import, retail, production): the seat then goes in your own premises and the fee is the line without domiciliation.
Our team on site
Same fee, plus the team's travel, per round trip and per person, excluding VAT. The number of round trips follows the offices to visit and is stated in the proposal.

What stays yours
- Opening the bank account.
- Collecting the NIS at the ONS appointment, about one month after the application.
- For a company, the signature at the notary, or a notarized procuration.
- In Connect Path, you go to the offices of your wilaya yourself: your space guides you and checks your proofs automatically.
Auto-entrepreneur: the plain remote follow-up
For the auto-entrepreneur there is no guided space yet. UpGrowth prepares every file and every form, tells you exactly what to bring and what to say at each office, and follows each step with you on WhatsApp until the card.
Fee: 45,000 DZD excl. VAT, plus the 5,000 DZD seal that you pay in your own name. The auto-entrepreneur has no register and no stamp duties.
Our delay commitments
- Trade register (RC) within 7 days from the complete filing at the CNRC.
- Full procedure (RC, NIF, tax card, CASNOS, stamp) within 30 days at most, NIS excluded: the ONS sets its own appointment.
- These are delay commitments, not a money-back guarantee and not a penalty.
Are you in one of the 11 new wilayas?
Algeria has had 69 wilayas since law no. 26-06 of 4 April 2026. The 11 new ones are Aflou (Laghouat), Barika (Batna), El Kantara (Biskra), Bir El Ater (Tébessa), El Aricha (Tlemcen), Ksar Chellala (Tiaret), Aïn Ouessara (Djelfa), Messaad (Djelfa), Ksar El Boukhari (Médéa), Bou Saâda (M'Sila) and El Abiodh Sidi Cheikh (El Bayadh), with their mother wilaya in brackets.
The mother wilaya keeps running them until 31 December 2026 at the latest (art. 54). Your file is therefore followed by the mother wilaya's services: we confirm the competent office before any filing.
Frequently asked questions
Is everything done online?
No. You go to the offices of your wilaya yourself. Connect Path tells you which ones, with which pieces and for which fees, and you follow the progress from your phone.
How do I get into my space?
When the proforma is paid, the space opens in your name and an invitation link arrives by e-mail. You choose a password, then log in with your e-mail.
Who checks my proofs?
The check is automatic: each proof you upload is read and verified by the space, then the next step opens.
What if I have a question along the way?
Ask it in your space, at the step concerned. The answer comes at once, in your space.
Do I have to sign a power of attorney to UpGrowth?
No. You do the steps yourself, so you sign no power of attorney to UpGrowth.
I take your domiciliation in Birkhadem: do I need Connect Path?
No. With our domiciliation the seat is in Algiers: our team does every step in Algiers, at the normal creation price, whatever wilaya you live in. Connect Path is for a seat located in another wilaya.
What if I would rather have you do the steps in my wilaya?
That is the other formula: same fee, plus the team's travel, priced in the proposal.
Can I create my company if I am not in Algiers?
Yes, in any of the 69 wilayas. Two formulas, you choose: Connect Path, at the same price as a creation in Algiers, where you do the steps at the offices of your wilaya guided by your space, which checks your proofs automatically, or our team on site, with travel costs added.
How much does Connect Path cost?
The same price as the creation: for an EURL, 60,000 DZD excl. VAT with our domiciliation, 90,000 DZD excl. VAT without, plus 15,000 DZD excl. VAT per extra partner (an SARL has at least 2 partners). An EI pays 60,000 or 90,000 DZD excl. VAT. Domiciliation costs 150,000 DZD excl. VAT for 12 months. VAT of 19 % is added on our fees. Official fees are paid in your name, on official receipts, outside UpGrowth's invoice.
What do I have to do myself?
Go to the offices of your wilaya, open the bank account, collect the NIS at the ONS appointment (about one month) and, for a company, sign at the notary or give a notarized procuration.
How much does your team's travel cost?
Per round trip, excluding VAT: 10,000 DZD for Blida, Boumerdès and Tipaza; 25,000 DZD up to about 350 km; 40,000 DZD from 350 to 700 km, plus the hotel at cost; for the South, flight and hotel at cost plus 20,000 DZD per day. Added to the fee.
What if I am an auto-entrepreneur?
You keep the plain remote follow-up: UpGrowth prepares every file and form, tells you what to bring and what to say at each office, and follows each step with you on WhatsApp until the card. Fee of 45,000 DZD excl. VAT, plus the 5,000 DZD seal at your charge.
What are your delays?
The trade register within 7 days from the complete filing, and the full procedure within 30 days at most, NIS excluded since the ONS sets its own appointment. These are delay commitments, with no refund and no penalty.
My business is in a new wilaya: where is the file filed?
Until 31 December 2026 at the latest, the mother wilaya runs the 11 new wilayas (law 26-06, art. 54). We confirm the competent office before any filing.
