  • To dispose of land intended for habitation and artisanal or commercial activities in accordance with the procedures laid down in a easement order issued by the Minister responsible for spatial planning;
  • To collect, process, retain and disseminate statistical, scientific, technical and economic data, information and documentation relating to its purpose and to maintain records and studies in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
  • And any other activities assigned to the organization in accordance with the provisions of Executive Decree No. 07-367 of 28 November 2007 laying down the tasks, organization and operating procedures of the new city of El Meneaa.
