  • The mission of the Fund is to:
  • To promote social housing for employed persons in accordance with the principles of equitable distribution and solidarity among employees for all sectors of activity;
  • To participate in the financing of projects undertaken by bodies and institutions responsible for social work in the field of the promotion of social housing in the profile of employees and to ensure the effective implementation of projects in which it participates in the financing of such projects;
  • Mobilising all sources of financing for the promotion of social housing for the benefit of employees and in particular collecting the share of the fund of social works of employers' organizations as provided for in Article 3 of Executive Decree No 94-186 of 6 July 1994 referred to above;
  • D) undertake all actions and mobilise all sources of financing for the creation and management of rest and relaxation structures for the benefit of employees, in accordance with the provisions of Article 05 of Executive Decree No 96-75 of 03/02/1996, amended and supplemented, on the arrangements for the organization and operation of social works.
