- As part of the implementation of the National Policy on Continuing Training, the Office's tasks include:
- 1 - Trade missions:
- Provide assistance and advice to public economic enterprises and any public or private employer body;
- Develop and implement, within a conventional framework, any training, further training and retraining activities at the request of individuals and workers in public and private institutions and bodies;
- Organise and carry out validations of professional achievements at the request of individuals, public economic enterprises and public and private employers' organisations.
- 2 - In the development and promotion of continuing training:
- Ensure, develop and promote continuing training;
- To implement the mechanisms and arrangements for the certification of training programmes for the validation of professional achievements and the certification of experience;
- To carry out any study and research with a view to improving and adapting the content, methods and teaching methods applied to continuing training.
- 3- In relation to relations with public and private training establishments:
- Ensure the transfer of its know-how and accumulated experience in the field of continuing vocational training to public vocational training establishments and private vocational training establishments approved in accordance with the regulations in force;
- Support public vocational training establishments and private vocational training establishments approved in accordance with the regulations in force in the development of continuing vocational training;
- 4 - Public service missions:
- To carry out the tasks of public service in accordance with the specifications of public service obligations annexed to this Decree.
