  • In order to carry out its tasks, the Institute is empowered to enter into contracts for retraining agreements, consultation with any employer body;
  • It shall be entitled to award any contract and service contract or supply necessary for its activity, in accordance with the legislation in force;
  • And all the tasks stipulated in Articles 4 and 5 of Executive Decree No 84-293 of 6 October 1984 establishing and laying down the statutes of the Higher Institute of Management and Planning. Amended and supplemented by Executive Decree No. 07-136 of 19 May 2007.
