  • The printing and provision of all necessary documents to public administrations, institutions and bodies;
  • The printing and provision of any standardized official documents of the State, local authorities and public institutions;
  • The provision, in accordance with its capacity and its burden plan, of benefits related to its purpose, to any other person under public law or private law;
  • The study and promotion of any measures to improve benefits falling within the scope of its purpose;
  • Official printing carries out a public service mission in accordance with the specifications for public service obligations annexed to this Decree.
  • To achieve its objectives and mission, the Official Printing is authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations in force:
  • To conclude, with any national or foreign institution and body, any convention relating to its object;
  • To carry out any commercial operation within the framework of its mission to promote its development and expansion (and all the tasks stipulated in Articles 5, 6 and 7 of Presidential Decree No. 03-189 of 28/04/2003, reorganizing the status of official printing).
