  • To achieve its objectives and mission, the Official Printing is authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations in force:
  • To conclude, with any national or foreign institution and body, any convention relating to its object;
  • To carry out any commercial operation within the framework of its mission to promote its development and expansion (and all the tasks stipulated in Articles 5, 6 and 7 of Presidential Decree No. 03-189 of 28/04/2003, reorganizing the status of official printing).
