  • Define the lines and public passenger transport networks to be operated, forming part of the urban transport plan, and determine with precision the routes to be served and, if necessary, their adjustment and modification;
  • To implement and ensure the monitoring and conduct of the implementation of investment programmes in infrastructure and equipment specific to urban public transport, in particular the corridors reserved for public transport by bus, the reception and treatment infrastructure for passengers and terminal installations and the correspondence between the different modes of public transport of passengers within its territory of competence etc. (in accordance with the provisions of Articles 02 and 05 of Executive Decree No 12/109 of 06/03/2012, laying down the organisation, operation and tasks of the Urban Transport Organizing Authority);
