  • The agency is a delegated contractor. It is responsible for managing and conducting, on behalf of the State and on its behalf, all operations contributing to the study, monitoring and implementation of investments in equipment listed in the code of the Ministry of Housing, Town Planning and Town.

  • The collection, processing, retention and dissemination of statistical, scientific, technical and economic data, information and documentation related to its purpose and the retention of records and studies in accordance with the laws and regulations in force;
  • *User services are associated with approval of the different phases of project studies.
  • *Ensure the public service liabilities charged to the Agency by the State, in accordance with the requirements of the specification annexed to Executive Decree No. 24-246 of 23/07/2024 establishing the National Agency for the Implementation of Investments in Equipment and establishing its tasks, organisation and operation.
