  • The agency is a delegated contractor.   • *User services are associated with approval of the different phases of project studies.
  • *Ensure the public service liabilities charged to the Agency by the State, in accordance with the requirements of the specification annexed to Executive Decree No. 24-246 of 23/07/2024 establishing the National Agency for the Implementation of Investments in Equipment and establishing its tasks, organisation and operation.
