  • The tasks of the Agency are:
  • The development and internal connection of various roads and networks, on behalf of the State, of industrial land under the private domain of the State, consisting of industrial areas, areas of activity and technological parks;

  • Maintaining and updating the register of industrial land and economic operators at the level of industrial areas and areas of activity;

  • The public service obligations imposed by the State on the Agency shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the relevant specification annexed to Executive Decree No. 23-488 of 28/12/2023 establishing, organizing and operating the National Industrial Land Agency.
  • The Agency shall be empowered to:
  • Develop, on its own or in partnership, multi-purpose business spaces including infrastructure and/or industrial buildings for rental, for the specific needs of companies and investors;
  • Real estate for industrial and commercial use.
  • The Agency may be entrusted with the task of a delegated contractor for any programme and operation delegated to it by the State, in particular with regard to the development and rehabilitation of industrial areas, areas of activity, technological parks and any other space for industrial activity related to its object.
