  • The Agency shall carry out a public service mission in the field of information and dissemination of techniques to promote the activities of sorting, collection, transport, treatment, recovery and disposal of waste in accordance with a specification laid down by a joint decree of the Minister responsible for local authorities, the Minister responsible for local authorities and the Minister responsible for finance (in accordance with the provisions of Articles 04, 05 and 06 of Executive Decree No 02-175 of 20 May 2002 establishing, organising and operating the National Waste Agency).
