  • The Agency's task is to implement, in relation to the structures and bodies concerned, the national strategy for technological development, in particular through the transfer of research results and their exploitation.
  • As such, it is responsible for:

  • Develop and promote cooperation and exchanges between the research sector and user sectors to ensure the exploitation and transfer of new technologies, knowledge and technology, in particular to SMEs - IMP;
  • Encourage and support any initiative aimed at developing technology and introducing innovation actions;
  • Assist inventors in the provision of services for prototypes, market research, partner search and patent protection;
  • To organise technological monitoring, in particular through the establishment of observatories and networks for the dissemination of technology.
  • The Agency may conclude all contracts, conventions or agreements relating to its programme of activities with national or foreign bodies in accordance with the regulations in force (in accordance with the provisions of Executive Decree No. 98-137 of 3 May 1998 establishing, organising and operating the national agency for the exploitation of the results of research and technological development).
