• Importation of technical control equipment intended for the inspection of packages and baggage, checks of people and others, in particular:
• 1. scanners for inspection of vehicles, containers, packages and baggage;
• 2. portable X-ray generators for inspection of suspicious packages;
• 3. portals for detecting metals and other materials for access control;
• 4. portable (hand-held) metal detectors;
• 5. explosives and/or drug detectors;
• 6. gas detectors intended for environmental applications.
• Importation of active anti-intrusion equipment, including deterrent and/or neutralization devices which are dangerous or which may become so, excluding those classified by Executive Decree No. 98-96 of March 18, 1998, amended and supplemented, establishing the terms of application of Order No. 97-06 of January 21, 1997 relating to war materials, weapons and ammunition.
• Importation of computer equipment and various measuring devices necessary for the operation of sensitive equipment.
