Article 18 provides that the applicant is notified electronically either that the registration is accepted or that it is rejected, and article 24 gives thirty (30) days to appeal a rejection to the competent services of the minister in charge of start-ups, who then has thirty (30) days to answer. Affiliate with CASNOS within ten (10) days of the start of the activity, article 6 of loi 83-14 as rewritten by article 5 of loi 04-17, JO n° 72 of 13 November 2004 page 7.

CASNOS and IFU for this activity

Affiliation is due within ten (10) days of the start of the activity, article 6 of loi 83-14 as rewritten by article 5 of loi 04-17 (JO n° 72 of 13 November 2004, page 7), and article 10 adds that for non-salaried people the declaration of activity counts as the affiliation request.
